The first day was very interesting. I want to get a true picture so I really didn't veer away from my normal eating habits and meals.
Monday's results:
- 1456 calories
- 230g carbohydrates
- 58g of protein
- 4 servings of dairy
- 2 servings of bread
- 1 serving of fruit
- 1 serving of meat
- 3 servings of other (the bad stuff: bad for me but oh so tasty!)
The Veggies are lonely...:(
